Proposed Timeline:

Summer 2011
- Set up a 2.0 instance on the BCcampus site 
- Solicit approximately 10 advanced users to test and familiarize themselves with the new features
- Plan and develop training
Fall 2011
- Pilot approximately 10 courses on the BCcampus site (no integration with Banner at this point. Students will need to create their own accounts and self-enroll)
- Pilot group feedback and recommendation
Spring 2012
- Expand pilot on the BCcampus site with possible integration with Banner
- Deliver general faculty training 
Summer 2012 (for the May summer semester start)
- Upgrade all in-house  instances to 2.0
